This policy explains how Bitrix IT ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address and message. The form also runs a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to block automated spam. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us that way.

Like most websites, our hosting server automatically records technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. This is used to keep the website running and secure.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track your browsing.

We use your information only to:

• respond to your enquiry or quote request;
• provide the IT services you ask us for, and communicate with you about them;
• keep the website secure and working properly.

We process this information because you asked us to contact you, because it is needed to provide our services to you, or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping our website secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

We only share personal information where it is needed to provide our services or where the law requires it. Service providers that may process information on our behalf include:

• Our web hosting provider, which hosts this website and the email system that delivers contact form messages to us.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on the contact form. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Maps, which shows our location on the home page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. See WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires us to keep records (for example, for tax and accounting).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords through the contact form.

Under POPIA you have the right to:

• ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of it;
• ask us to correct, update or delete your personal information;
• object to us processing your personal information;
• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on your consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
